Each Winter, we bring you the MIDLANDS WELLNESS FESTIVAL.
The Midlands Wellness Festival (MWF) is not your typical festival. It is not a single-location event. Instead, a range of activities take place at different venues, throughout the KZN Midlands, from the 7th of June to the 7th of July 2024.
The theme is centred around regenerative living.
Activities include talks, weed walks, foraging, cooking demos, horse riding, nature and mindfulness walks, forest therapy, sustainable garden tours, yoga, qi gong, sound healing, labyrinth walks, healthy eating, various healing modalities, massage, workshops, slow food experiences, therapies and more.

Incorporating physical fitness, nutrition, and self-care, this pillar is about honouring the temple that is our body. It includes activities like yoga, nature walks, and educational workshops on organic, nutrient-rich diets to support physical vigour and longevity.
Spiritual wellness is about connecting with our inner selves and the universe. This pillar encourages practices like deep reflection, energy healing, and the exploration of one's purpose and values, fostering spiritual growth and enlightenment.
Nature is our sanctuary and teacher. This pillar advocates for eco-friendly living, conservation efforts, and spending time in natural settings to enhance our connection with the Earth and support environmental sustainability.
Community wellness is about creating a supportive network and engaging in collective empowerment. This pillar involves building meaningful relationships, participating in community service, and fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
