The Midlands Wellness Association was established in 2018 as a supportive network for wellness practitioners and people interested in wellness. The group has since become a powerful network and is now 200 members strong.
We are currently working with various partners and organisations to host a unique Wellness Festival.
You are invited to join the Midlands Wellness Festival
This is a different kind of festival. It takes place throughout the Midlands over the June-July 2023 school holidays, at different venues.
THE THEME IS REGENERATIVE LIVING.
The festival offers a wide range of activities such as nature and mindfulness walks, talks, forest therapy, sustainable garden tours, alternative energy home tours, yoga, qi gong, sound healing, labyrinth walks, various healing modalities, massage, workshops, slow food experiences and culminates with a series of interesting talks. We end with a party.
Take a look at the programme to plan your holiday and curate your own wellness experience! Book directly with the event host.
OUR AIM IS TO:
Highlight, promote and support small wellness businesses in the Midlands
Expose people to new ideas and ways of living, such as regenerative living
Provide meaningful experiences
Create a Midlands ‘Hub’ of health and wellness
Generate wellness
Education
and of course to have fun!
We intend to make this an affordable, annual event.
If you are a wellness practitioner, BnB, health related retailer, Spa, wellness centre or local restaurant you can register to participate here.
